About me

Always learning. Always curious.

I enjoy diving deep into challenging problems, learning new technologies, and exploring how software can be applied to real-world problems.

Hi! I'm Arjun, a Computer Science student who enjoys solving difficult problems and building products that people genuinely find useful. For me, programming has never just been about writing code. It's about understanding how systems work, improving them, and seeing the impact of what I create.

I started programming three years ago, and curiosity has been the constant driving force ever since. I began with full-stack development, building web and mobile applications while exploring everything from frontend design to backend architecture. The satisfaction of turning an idea into something real quickly became my favourite part of engineering.

As I built more software, I became increasingly interested in how systems break. That led me into cybersecurity, where I spent time exploring penetration testing tools, solving CTF challenges, following security research, and eventually working as a Product Security Intern. Learning to think like an attacker gave me a new appreciation for designing reliable and resilient software.

Today, my interests are gradually shifting toward quantitative finance. I'm fascinated by the intersection of mathematics, programming, and markets, and I've been exploring FX trading alongside projects that combine software engineering with finance.

Outside of my studies, I'm the co-founder and Lead AI Engineer at an early-stage startup, where I enjoy taking ownership of products from idea to implementation. I also teach programming to students aged 7 to 18, helping them discover the same enjoyment I found when I first started learning to code. Whether I'm competing in programming contests, reading about the latest exploits and quantitative trading, or building side projects, I'm happiest when I learn something I didn't know yesterday.

When I'm away from my keyboard, you'll probably find me at the gym, travelling somewhere new, playing chess and trivia games, or watching sports matches. I believe the best engineers never stop learning, and that's the mindset I try to bring to everything I do.
